Raptor Water Polo is a community outreach program designed to educate local student athletes in the game of water polo. Players will be taught swimming and water polo fundamentals and have the potential to play in games and scrimmages across Southern California. (Optional leagues and games are a separate expense.)  Raptor Water Polo is ready to launch its 2016 Summer Session. The cost is $250.00 for a ten week practice session.  All interested athletes must become registered members of USA Water Polo before they may begin practices. Please see www.usawaterpolo.org for membership details. (Membership is a separate expense.) Gold level is recommended. Students with free or reduced lunch may qualify for a special discounted membership.  Please email Coach Tim at Tim@Raptorsports.org for any additional questions. We hope to see you there!  Registration begins at 5:00 pm at each respective pool. Who:
For the 2016 Summer Session, we are looking athletes ages 11-18 who would like to participate in club water polo!

Where:
The 2016 Summer Session is located at Chino Hills High School and Diamond Bar High School Aquatics Centers

When:
2016 Summer Session begins on Monday, May 16 and ends on Thursday, July 21, 2016
Boys: Mondays & Wednesdays 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at CHHS (Times will change to 7:00-9:00 pm in July)
Girls: Tuesdays & Thursdays 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm at DBHS.

 

Health and Physical Benefits*

Water fitness and athletics traditionally offer its participants a vast amount of physical benefits. The added resistance the water offers kicks every workout up a notch, providing both an aerobic and anaerobic workout in the process. Below are the health and physical benefits of participating in water polo:
